Yes! It’s not as good as Photoshop but it’s pretty decent. :D You can get it at their main site here.

exoticmist asked: Thanks for noticing my frustration. I don't really have any specific questions, but do you have any tips on how to make good colorings or good ways to sharpen on GIMP? Sometimes I sharpen and then post on here, and the quality looks awful.
When you sharpen, I’d caution against going too much. I used to when I first started. When making different colorings, look at a color palette, choose colors that complement each other or contrast, like something blue upon a black & white picture.
